We are still maintaining all sanitisation of areas and surfaces in-between customers and ask that you still use our ant-bacterial hand upon entering the building.


The safety and well-being of both our customer's and team is paramount throughout the pandemic, We still require atleast 48 hours notice on altering any appointments and deposits will still be required when booking. If you are feeling unwell please contact us immediately to change your appointment to avoid losing any deposits.


Thank you for your support

Please stay at home if you are showing any signs of being unwell, including high temperature, coughs or colds. We would prefer to rearrange your appointment rather than take the risk of passing the virus on to others at the salon.


Your salon visit

We have thoroughly reviewed our salon practices to ensure we are as safe and hygienic as possible for your visit. We are a large salon, so we are able to operate on every other chair/section to ensure we are as compliant as possible with social distancing.

We have taken particular care to review our housekeeping and cleaning procedures, including sanitising all the equipment we use.

All staff will wear full PPE and will wash their hands regularly. Every person in our team has undertaken specialist training regarding sterilisation. PPE will be replaced after every client.

We are asking all clients to adhere to/note the following regarding their future visits:

  • Every client MUST use the antibacterial gel to clean their hands on entering the salon. Strictly no gloves may be worn into the salon due to the risk of contamination from outside.

  • It is not mandatory for clients to wear masks for hair & beauty appointments but should you choose to wear one at your own choice or you can request your therapist or stylist to wear a mask
  • we request you bring your own mask or you can purchase one at reception.

  • Please arrive on schedule for your appointment

  • Magazines and newspapers will not be available however we do have digital magazines to read on your mobile or tablet.
  • Deposits are mandatory for appointments and do not be offended if this is asked at the time of booking. we have always asked for atleast 48 hours notice for movement or cancellation of your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. As you can understand at the moment we are in high demand for services and the team's time is very precious.
  • All refreshments are served through our Cafe now

  • Segregated Styling Space for Vulnerable Clients

    We are happy to offer hair styling services in a separate room from the main styling salon. These rooms are cleaned between services. This space is subject to availability so please speak to us when you book about your preference for this separate styling space.


    Payment for services

    We are taking cash, card, contactless and Apple Pay payments on the day of service.

    Please note that deposits are required for all appointments.
